  • Our team at Module Made are all set to manage your project from design, build, transport, site works and services connections so you are all ready to move into your new space once complete.

  • All of our pricing includes building consent for the build. All of our modules come with an ex-factory code of compliance. You will however still need a consent for your property which is lodged through your regional council which you can opt to have a local Designer/Architect carry out for you or we can handle the process for a fixed fee $5,500 +GST.

  • Module Made can handle all of the transport and logistics for you nationwide. This is not included in the base price and will vary depending on location and site access. We will determine this once we know your site location and access.

  • Yes we offer off-the-grid solutions to include solar, septic, stormwater along with energy efficient solutions.

  • Check with your current bank for lending options or get in touch with Westpac to apply for the prebuilt home loan.

  • As part of our turnkey option, Module Made can handle all site works and connections to services.

  • If our pre-designed range does not fit your needs, then our team can definitely work with you to customise your home.

  • We have clauses in our building contacts which guarantees your ownership of the Modules and associated materials as the build progresses and stage payments are being paid.

    What does this mean for you? – should the worst happen, and we were to cease trading mid-build you will have first rights to your house and materials before the liquidators.
