1 - Let’s talk
Get in touch with us to discuss your project.
2 - Site feasibility study
Based on the selected module, our designer will check site suitability, planning controls and implications (resource consent), transportation suitability and civil requirements.
3 - Pricing estimates
Estimates are presented for your selected module with conditions based around the final design, site and all other related fees to give you transparency moving forward with your project.
4 - Design and building consents
We will work through the design and specification process to finalise your plans and produce a set of construction drawings. Consents are lodged with Council at this stage.
$6,500 deposit required which will be deducted off the total contract price. Allow 5 weeks for Auckland Council processing time.
5 - Build contract
A build contract and final contract documents will be issued to sign.
20% payment required to start the build. Construction milestone progress payments will be set out in your build contract.
6 - Construction commences
Allow approximately 12 weeks to complete your module.
7 - Delivery to site
We’ll deliver your module/s to your site and complete all of the finishing touches there.
8 - Code of compliance
Final inspections and council documentation will take place to get a final code of compliance for your module. This typically takes around 3 weeks. Final payment is due once this is issued.
